You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, contact us via our form with your order number and reason for return. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending the product back.
3. Refund Process · 환불 절차
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
4. Damaged or Defective Items · 손상 또는 불량 제품
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
5. Exchanges · 교환
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
